Founded in Shamli in 2021, Corporate Rasta was born out of frustration — watching first-generation entrepreneurs pay ₹10,000+ for simple company registrations and still get penalised for missed filings.
Our founders — both qualified Company Secretaries and Corporate Lawyers — decided to build the platform they wished existed when they started out. One that combines AI automation with genuine human expertise.
