Overview
Authorised capital is the maximum share capital a company can issue. To issue shares beyond the current limit — for funding or new shareholders — the authorised capital must first be increased via shareholder approval and ROC filing (SH-7).
CorpRaasta manages the resolutions, MOA change and SH-7 filing to raise your authorised capital.
What is Authorised Capital Increase?
An authorised capital increase raises the ceiling of share capital a company can issue, through an ordinary resolution, MOA amendment and filing of Form SH-7.
